WATER MELON AND CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

Whether you sip it by the poolside, as part of a cleanse, or pre- or post-workout, this smoothie will deliver a sweet, delicious dose of ultra-hydration on hot days.
It’s made with a super refreshing blend of coconut water, cucumber, and watermelon for immediate thirst-quenching and electrolyte-replenishing.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Cubed watermelon
½ Cup Coconut Water
1 Medium Size Orange
1 Medium Size Apple
1 Medium Size Banana
1 Medium Size Carrot
1 Small Cucumber
10mls of Apple Cider Vinegar
*** Wash all ingredients. Prepare and blend on high speed until smooth. Serves 3.
