This is a huge problem a great deal of us go through … where all you want to do is Raid the Fridge like people rushing a "danfo" bus during a fuel scarcity in Lagos Nigeria right? – lol.

I often find myself in this kind of jam – trust me, you are not alone …
First thing I normally do is to ask myself a question – for real gurl, are you really hungry?. You see most times (actually 90% of the time) it’s just thirst – yep – thirst mimics hunger like that sometimes. If it’s thirst, drink water! … or green tea *grin*. If it’s truly hunger – chew on half a wedge of watermelon or half of a medium sized cucumber .. you can add a full boiled egg to it. Be sure not to go to bed immediately (an hour and a half after - worse case scenario).
That ought to take care of the pangs and see you through the night.
