I’VE HAD DINNER AND I’M STILL HUNGRY – WHAT DO I DO ?

Yeah – this is a huge problem a great deal of us go through – yeah … where all you want to do is Raid the Fridge!!! – like soldiers in the medieval era right? – lol.

Ok ok – I hear you – I’ll be serious now …

I often find myself in this kind of jam – trust me, you are not alone …

First thing I normally do is to ask myself a question – for real gurl, are you really hungry? .. you see most times (actually 90% of the time) it’s just thirst – yep – thirst mimics hunger like that sometimes  …

If it’s thirst – drink water! … or green tea *grin*

If it’s truly hunger – chew on half a wedge of watermelon or half of a medium sized cucumber .. you can add full boiled egg to it . be sure not to go to bed immediately.

That ought to take care of the pangs and see you through the night.
